Ernie Garcia

President

Ernie Garcia is a retired Detective Sergeant with 30 years of law enforcement experience. Ernie spent six years in charge of a Burglary Suppression Unit leading to hundreds of arrests and millions of dollars of recovered property. He served as a Patrol Sergeant responsible for coordinating major tactical incidents such as robberies, shootings, and barricaded suspects. Additional assignments included Gang Unit and Auto Theft Detail.

Michael Severo

CEO

Michael Severo is a retired Detective and Swat Team Member with 20 years of law enforcement experience. Michael is a recognized expert and trainer in tactical operations and logistics. He worked a variety of specialized assignments involving the apprehension of sexual predators, rapists and other violent suspects. Michael has extensive experience as an investigator working within the Burglary Suppression Unit.

Enrique Garcia

Managing Partner

Enrique Garcia is a retired Sergeant and Homicide Detective with 30 years of law enforcement experience. In 2005, he received an “Investigative Excellence Award” from the State of California, Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training, for solving a high-profile murder investigation. He is a recognized Interview & Interrogation expert.
